Based on the provisions of the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette No. 42/2018) of May 9, 2018, and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the trade LASTURA, represented by owner Ivan Vidas, on August 26, 2022, hereby enacts:

REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Article 1

Video surveillance, within the meaning of these Regulations, refers to the collection and further processing of personal data, which includes the creation of a recording that forms or is intended to form part of a filing system based on the provisions of the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette No. 42/2018) and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.

Article 2

These Regulations define the use of video surveillance regarding:
a) the purpose and scope of collected personal data;
b) the method and duration of data storage;
c) the use of recorded data for the purpose of risk reduction and increasing the protection and safety of persons found on the Data Controller’s premises, particularly the control of entry and exit from apartments to reduce the exposure of workers/clients/tourists/camp guests to the risk of theft, robbery, and other criminal offenses.
When collecting, storing, keeping, and using data gathered via video surveillance, the Data Controller is obliged to protect the data in accordance with the Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act, and relevant bylaws.

Article 3

The video surveillance system is implemented exclusively for the protection of:
a) persons found on the official premises of the Data Controller;
b) property; with the aim of reducing the exposure of workers/clients/tourists and property to potential risks of robbery, burglary, violence, theft, damage, etc.
The video surveillance system must not conflict with or override the interests of the data subjects. Recordings from the video surveillance system of the trade LASTURA may be used exclusively for the purposes stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article.
Video surveillance covers:
a) designated areas including: the main entrance to the apartments/entrance ramp, internal business premises of the reception/lobby, the area around the reception, and the area around the entrance/exit of the apartments and parking.
Video surveillance does not cover:
a) public spaces (parks, markets, recreation centers, beaches, etc.).

Article 4

Video surveillance covers premises owned or leased by the Entity and under no circumstances covers the areas mentioned in Article 3, Paragraph 2.

Article 5

Recorded data is stored for 48 hours, after which the recordings are permanently deleted. Article 6

The Data Controller is obliged to mark the objects or parts thereof under video surveillance with a sticker. The sticker must be displayed in a visible place before entering the object or the part of the object where video surveillance is conducted.

Article 7

The sticker must indicate the storage duration of the recording, the name of the Data Controller, the address, and the contact phone or email address. Data collected via the technical protection system must not be used beyond its legal purpose.

Article 8

The video surveillance system must be protected from unauthorized access. Access to data is granted to competent state authorities.

Article 9

The Data Controller may monitor public areas via video surveillance only if necessary for the performance of tasks by public authorities or to protect the life and health of people and property.

Article 10

These Regulations shall enter into force on the day of adoption, August 26, 2022. The same has been published on the notice board and on the trade’s website: www.www.lasturanovalja.com.
